Hello Falcon Families!

As many of you prepare to return to our building next week, please become familiar with our Health Ticket process. Families have 2 choices for completing the daily health ticket on their assigned A or B days:

Options: Image removed.

  1. Families can complete the Skyward online health screening.

OR

  1. Students can bring a completed paper health ticket.  You can pick up paper health tickets in advance at the Main Office window or we will give your child copies on their first day at school.  You can also print tickets from this site:

VERY IMPORTANT: All students are required to have their health screening completed (electronic or paper) every day on campus, including their first day! Please make a plan for your first health screening!

Student Entry to the Building:

  • Students who are dropped off or walk must enter through the front door.

  • Students who ride the bus will enter through the Cafeteria back doors.

Every day, either the Skyward online screening or the paper health ticket is required for student entry.

Families, we need your help for a smooth start!

We will begin our entry process at 7:30 am and our school day starts promptly at 8 am. Students should arrive on campus no later than 7:55 am!

Online health tickets should be completed prior to 7:15 am in order to ensure a smooth entry process.  Paper tickets need to be filled out completely by the family each day.

When a child arrives without a completed paper or electronic health ticket, they will be escorted to the Health Room and will not be allowed to join their classroom until the parent/guardian completes the health screening process.

We will call parents/guardians and/or resend the electronic screener. Only once the parent/guardian has completed the health screener will the child be able to join their class.

Families, please develop a consistent routine to help make sure this is completed every day so your child can maximize their learning time in the building!

Student Health Expectations on Campus

This is a friendly reminder that upon arrival and once health screening has been verified, students need to walk directly to their 5th period class.

Students are expected to routinely wash hands and use hand sanitizer on campus when directed by adults.

Students must properly wear masks at all times when on the bus and on campus, including in all classrooms, hallways, and outdoor campus spaces.  The only exception is when students are permitted to remove their masks to eat lunch.

Please review these expectations with your child so they arrive prepared!

Sincerely,

Principal David Riddle
